Preventive & corrective Maintenance
  • We have raised our preventive interventions to maintain the life of the fixed assets to reduce failures and downtime. Interventions are operated on site on a regular basis according to a yearly schedule set by MMG.

  • Corrective calls are addressed to our call center (24 hours a day- 7days a week) and dispatched to the appropriate team who handles the case. MMG answers client's needs in record time through efficiently spread well equipped teams.

  • We ensure proper backup for the maintenance teams in terms of purchasing material, tools and services.
  • We guarantee the best parts at the lowest prices due to our large volume of purchasing.
  • We monitor and control the spare parts inventory and all related management tasks.
  • We control the expenses of the various parties intervening on the premises.
  • We select and appoint the appropriate subcontractors to handle the actions directly in full coordination with the Client.
  • We establish contracts and monitor the proper compliance with the terms set.
